About Us | Operating System Hub

⚙️ Since 2025

Building the future of Operating Systems

We are a passionate team of kernel engineers, UI/UX architects, and open-source advocates. Our mission is to demystify OS internals and empower developers worldwide.

🎯

Our Mission

To create accessible, performant, and secure operating systems for the next generation of devices — from embedded systems to cloud-native environments.

Our Vision

A world where every developer understands how software meets hardware, and where operating systems become truly inclusive, modular, and sustainable.

❤️

Our Values

Transparency, reliability, and innovation. We believe in open collaboration and building OS technologies that respect user privacy and freedom.

📖 Our story

OSHub started as a tiny forum of kernel hobbyists back in 2020. Frustrated by the complexity of existing OS documentation and the lack of modern educational resources, we decided to build a platform that combines deep technical articles, hands-on tutorials, and open-source OS experiments.

Today, we’re proud to have contributed to several microkernel projects, released an educational minimal OS („Nexus“), and built a community of over 50,000 developers. Our flagship content — such as the „iOS 26 WebView deep-dive“ and „SwiftUI Navigation transitions“ — reflects our belief that operating system principles shape every layer of software, from firmware to frontend.

We remain independent, 100% bootstrapped, and committed to keeping OS knowledge free and accessible.
